Roasted by Berlin’s Five Elephant, this release from Buena Vista farm captures the best of Guatemalan terroir. Grown high on the humid, sun-drenched plateau of Fraijanes near Santa Rosa, the warm afternoon sun provides ideal conditions for slow, full sun-drying after harvest.

At the heart of Buena Vista is producer Fredy Orantes - a respected leader among Santa Rosa’s specialty coffee growers. Fredy applies meticulous care to every step, whether processing micro-lots or larger single-origin harvests. Beyond exceptional quality in the cup, Fredy prioritizes long-term environmental health by cultivating native shade trees like Grevillea and Cuje, while enriching the soil through organic composting made from fallen leaves and recycled coffee pulp.
