Refund policy
As a food product, coffee cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
