Every order is handled with care to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.

Shipping cost:

FREE SHIPPING to Speedy office - on all orders above 39 Euros.

2,99 EUR - Speedy office

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Order processing:
We aim to process all orders in the day or completing the order. If you order after 17:00, we will ship your coffee first thing in the morning. 

Delivery:
We ship via trusted courier partners (Speedy, Econt). Typically orders arrive on the next morning. Depending on location and courier delays, some orders might take up to 3 days to arrive.

Pre-order Information: Items marked as "Pre-order" are expected to arrive in our store and will be shipped on the date specified on the product page. They do not follow the standard delivery terms. An expected delivery date is placed on the product page.

• Combined Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order products, the entire shipment will be sent together once all items are available.

• Partial Delivery: If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for them.

Freshness commitment:
Our coffee is shipped as soon as possible after roasting to preserve its aroma and quality.

Delays:
