Grown at 1,740 meters in rich, volcanic clay soils, this lot ripens slowly to develop dense seeds and an exceptionally clean, vibrant profile. Selmira selectively hand-picks cherries at peak sweetness, followed by a controlled 48-hour washed fermentation and 15 days of slow, careful drying.

Rather than relying on heavy fermentation, this lot highlights the pure, elegant nature of Pink Bourbon - delivering outstanding clarity, structure, and a pronounced aromatic lift in the cup.
