Sourced by Monogram from the renowned Gedeb region of Ethiopia, this stunning coffee comes from Reku, a small area within the Banko Gotiti community. Processed at the local washing station overseen by Habtamu Getu - supporting hundreds of smallholder farmers with plots of just one or two hectares - it represents the absolute pinnacle of classic washed Ethiopian coffees.

Carefully sorted for ripeness, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds for up to 18 days, the result is wonderfully crisp and juicy. In the cup, expect a delicate, tea-like quality layered with vibrant fruit notes, florals, and plenty of sweetness.
